PRIVACY POLICY OF THE ONLINE STORE

§ 1
DEFINITIONS

  2. Online Store – the website available at faminiatures.com;

  3. Seller – F&A Miniatures Filip Andrejuk

  4. User – any natural person visiting the Online Store or using the services provided in the Store.

  5. Client, Buyer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or another entity entering into a distance sales agreement through the Online Store.

  6. Order – a declaration of intent by the Buyer aimed directly at concluding a distance sales agreement for goods and services through the Online Store.

  7. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  8. Personal Data – information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors determining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including device IP, internet identifier, and information collected via cookies or other similar technologies.

  9. Policy – this Privacy Policy.

§ 2
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Data Controller processes data for the following purposes:
    a. provision of electronic services;
    b. execution of distance sales agreements;
    c. payment processing;
    d. shipping and returns of goods;
    e. complaint procedures;
    f. marketing purposes by sending marketing content to the User via e-mail or SMS;
    g. sending requested commercial information;
    h. analytical and statistical purposes.

  2. Scope of processed personal data:

    c. phone number
    d. correspondence address, registered office, residence, or delivery address
    e. VAT ID (NIP)
    f. bank account number, payment card number,
    g. refund/gift card number
    h. others – in special cases, depending on individual arrangements.

  3. The processing of data takes place based on the User’s consent.

§ 3
PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

  1. The period of personal data processing depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing, including order handling and execution, performance of the agreement, and until withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or submission of an objection to further data processing by the User/Client.

  2. All personal data is provided voluntarily by the User.

§ 4
USER RIGHTS

  1. The User has the right to access their data and to request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.

  2. The User also has the right to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.

§ 5
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. In connection with the provision of services in this Online Store, personal data will be disclosed to external entities, in particular IT service providers ensuring proper functioning of the Store, entities supporting the Seller in warehousing, shipping, complaints, returns, and payment processing of Orders.

  2. With the User’s consent, their data may also be shared with other entities for their own purposes, including marketing purposes.
